At Donbo Inn, we aim to provide a comfortable and memorable stay for all our guests. Please review our booking policy carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Booking & Confirmation
Online Bookings: All bookings can be made directly through our website https://www.donboinn.com
Availability: Bookings are subject to room availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.
Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and an email confirmation from Donbo Inn. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking dates, room type, total cost, and payment status.
Payment
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking.
Full Payment/Deposit:
(Full Payment upfront): Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Any additional services or taxes will be clearly mentioned.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Partial Refund: If you cancel 5 days prior to check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.
No Refund: No refund will be provided for cancellations made on the check-in-date or within four days prior to check-in date.
Early Departure: No refund will be issued for early departures.
Cancellation Process: All cancellation requests must be made by phone calls with proper id proof and booking date.
Changes to Booking
Date Changes: Requests for changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur a rebooking fee. Please contact us at least 5 days prior to your original check-in date to discuss changes.
Guest Changes: Please inform us if there are any changes in the number of guests. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards.
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please inform us in advance if you require these services.
Identification and Registration: Valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present their valid passport and visa.
Guest Conduct & Homestay Rules
Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat the homestay property with respect. Any damage to homestay property or furnishings caused by guests will be charged to the guest.
Noise Policy: Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Excessive noise is not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
Alcohol Consumption: Moderate consumption of alcohol is permitted within your room. Please consume alcohol responsibly. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in common areas.
Pets: We welcome well-behaved pets with prior arrangement and an additional fee. Pet Owners (guests) are liable for pet safety and must bring their own pet food.
Outside Food: Cooking is not permitted in rooms. Guests are requested to refrain from bringing outside food into the dining area.
Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Responsible Tourism: We encourage guests to be mindful of their environmental impact and conserve water and electricity.
Liability
Donbo Inn will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of guests. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure.
Donbo Inn will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage suffered by guests during their stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Force Majeure
Donbo Inn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this policy due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, or strikes. In such cases, we will endeavour to offer alternative dates or a credit, subject to our discretion.
Amendments to Policy
Donbo Inn reserves the right to amend this booking policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
